“I went to visit the customer at 3pm on a Thursday, he was located on the South Coast. Within an hour of getting back to the nursery, I had sent all of our ideas and a planting plan for where they would be located to the client. We then had a further meeting on the phone via Whatsapp video call and agreed the whole design that night. By the next morning we had all the plants delivered and our team sent down to install the design.”
