Prenatal fitness plan The Bump Plan, announces upgrade with over 70 new routines

Just over three years since the launch of the hugely popular and successful holistic prenatal fitness plan The Bump Plan, The Bump Plan Pregnancy has received its biggest upgrade yet. This upgrade to the platform came from listening directly to members and what they wanted to see more of. This new version will be more personalised, will include over 70 new routines, and will be even more empowering! Founder and leading personal trainer, Hollie Grant, filmed The Bump Plan 2.0 during her second pregnancy and it has been curated to bring new challenges, joy, and support to women’s fitness journeys.

New features of The Bump Plan 2.0:

  1. Brand new workouts: The 6 main workouts have all been upgraded and filmed during Hollie’s second pregnancy. They are more dynamic, more challenging, and offer progressions/ regressions for people of all abilities and differing fitness levels. The Bump Plan 2.0 introduces more frequent workout updates, offering a greater variety of routines that evolve with your growing needs, and they automatically update for members as their pregnancies progress. What makes this plan so unique is that members should broadly be at the same stage of their pregnancy as Hollie is in the workouts, making it relatable and personable as members can trust that Hollie is going through the same challenges as they are.

  1. Mini Routines/tutorials: Another new element is a series of mini routines (stage-specific) which change whenever videos update. These are shorter Breathwork, Pelvic Floor, and Mobility routines for when members are short on time or want to supplement their main workouts. Alongside this, they will also get access to a series of short tutorials which are designed to be watched in conjunction/before their workouts. These tutorials cover topics such as ‘understanding your pelvic floor’ and ‘understanding diastasis & doming’. This is invaluable information that can help women get the most out of their workouts and maximise the effectiveness of the plan.
  1. Bonus workout library: The Bump Plan 2.0 is also launching an extensive ‘Bonus Workout Library’ which has over 70 bonus Bump Plan Pregnancy workouts, suitable for all pregnancy stages. This library will be added to weekly, meaning it will continue to grow! This will be perfect for members who want more variety, as they will have access to countless classes. These are designed to supplement the 6 core workouts that Hollie filmed during her pregnancy.Prenatal fitness planThe Bump Plan 2.0 has introduced a new benefit for those who have the plan, which until now, has been hosted monthly for members. Free ‘Bump Plan Clinics’ will now be available to members on a weekly These are open clinics with experts in areas such as pre & postnatal maternal health. The ‘Bump Plan Clinics’, were created in response to the limited access many women encounter when it comes to women’s health physios, lactation experts and baby sleep experts etc. The clinics are online and women can ask any questions they like to a variety of experts at no additional cost. Importantly, the Bump Plan Clinics ensure that women can submit their questions anonymously if they don’t feel confident to ask on video, or if they are sharing a query of a personal/ private nature. This update to the plan will hopefully encourage more women to share their questions, without feeling embarrassed or worried. The clinics aren’t recorded for the privacy of those in them.

Key benefits of The Bump Plan:

  • Reduced pregnancy-related aches and pains- The plan helps women strengthen their bodies which helps to reduce the pains women experience whilst pregnant.
  • Improved mental health and body confidence- The changes that pregnancy brings to women’s bodies can have ramifications on body confidence and mental health. The Bump Plan aims to empower women to embrace their bodies, and the workouts are designed to make women feel strong and capable. Furthermore, the education hub provides them with a depth of knowledge about how their body will work during pregnancy.
  • A smoother labour with fewer medical interventions- A strong body will give women the best chance at a smoother labour with hopefully fewer medical interventions. This is every woman’s desire in pregnancy, to have a smooth labour, and regular targeted pregnancy exercise helps to achieve this.
