The best gluten-free, organic and plant-based pancakes you’ll ever spend £7 on. Choose from organic banana & nutella, berries, syrup & chantilly cream or the highly popular American combo – maple syrup & crispy organic bacon.

3.The Ivy, Ship Street, Brighton

Possibly the most ‘instagrammable’ of all eateries in the area, at The Ivy Brighton you can always find their stunning hot buttermilk pancakes, berries, yoghurt and warm strawberry sauce on the brunch menu. Just. Divine.

4. Moksha Caffe, York Place, Brighton

Another staple location that’s a great place to go for brunch with kids in Brighton,  Moksha won the 2019 Bravo Award for best Brighton brunch.  A good selection of American Pancakes to suit every taste bud, Moksha also do a stunning vegan & gluten-free pancake, making it an accessible menu for everyone!

5. The Breakfast Club, Market Street, Brighton

You may have heard of the breakfast club from some of their other venues across the UK. Each venue is decorated uniquely and the interiors of this venue are so, very, Brighton. We love it though, and the pancake stacks are to die for. Well worth a visit even if it’s not for pancakes as their menu is insane!
