Matt Gillan

Highly renowned chef in the South East. He has achieved great things throughout his career, some of his most acclaimed achievements include working at “Restaurant Gordan Ramsay”, ” The Vineyard Hotel” and “The Pass at South Lodge Hotel”.  Steve Edwards

     Having gained everyone’s attention after his prestigious win on Masterchef: The Professionals, 2013. He currently owns the critically acclaimed restaurant Etch, in Hove, After great success there he stepped into his next venture in Richmond as “Steven Edwards at Bingham Riverhouse”. Johnny Stanford

Previously Head Chef of Brighton restaurant “Pascere”, recently opened a restaurant “NO1 Broad Street” in the charming village – Cuckfield. He has had over 12 years of experience in michelen-starred kitchens and his clean fresh, seasonal menu is one not to be missed in Sussex. Find out more here.

Kenny Tutt

Lawrence McCarthy

McCarthy has gained plenty of experience in Michelin-starred kitchens working for big names such as; Marcus Wareing, Tom Aikens, and Brett Graham. Appointed most recently as head chef at the Salt Room, Brighton – Lawrence will be focussing on fresh and seasonal seafood as he makes his adaptations to the current offering. Find out more here.
